Aura is currently experienced through Grounded—our signature gathering and the heart of everything we do.
Created for women who crave a slower pace, Grounded is an intimate experience where every detail is intentionally designed to help you reconnect with yourself and with others.
Our first edition welcomed women into a warm, thoughtfully curated evening. Upon arrival, each guest found a personal Aura kit waiting on their mat, surrounded by flowers and handcrafted pieces thoughtfully prepared to accompany the experience. From there, we began by setting an intention together before moving through a gentle yoga practice suitable for all levels.
More than following a schedule, the experience was about creating space. Space to breathe, to slow down, to laugh, to meet new people, and to simply be present without feeling the need to perform.
Every edition of Grounded is unique. The activities may change, the setting may evolve, but the intention remains the same: to create experiences that people remember long after they end.
Because Aura isn't built around yoga classes.
It's built around how they make you feel.
about me
For years, I treated my body like a machine.
I worked multiple jobs, constantly moved from one thing to the next, and convinced myself that slowing down could wait until later. Next week. Maybe next year. There was always something more urgent demanding my attention.
Until eventually, the pace I was living at was no longer sustainable for the life I wanted to build. I felt completely disconnected from myself and from the people around me. As if life had become nothing more than working, paying bills, and moving from one task to the next.
It felt robotic. As if I was living on autopilot, heading somewhere, but no longer sure where. Barely stopping to breathe along the way.
That was when I found yoga. What began as a way to slow down gradually became so much more. It became the highlightof my day. The first thing I chose to do purely for myself without expectations.
Yoga helped me reconnect with my body, quiet the noise of my mind, and create space for something my soul was desperately craving: Presence.
The impact it had on me was so profound that, years later, I decided to become a Yoga Teacher. Not because I wanted to teach postures—although I do love teaching classes. But because I wanted to create the kind of experience I wish had existed when I needed it most. With the discipline of my practice, something inside me was quietly changing, and I could feel it. Yet, after every class, I was left with the same thought:
"What if this could be something more?"
I didn't want one hour on the mat and then straight back into real life. I wanted to experience it differently.
More slowly. More deeply. More real, less performance.
Combined with a lifetime in hospitality, a candle business and a tendency to romanticise the little things in life, I started imagining what that experience could look like. A space where movement, conversation, beautiful, curated details, community, and presence could exist together for more than 1-hour.
Aura was born from that idea. A place where wellbeing feels natural. Where community matters. Where you don't have to earn rest. Where wellness is not on your to-do list as something that you should tick off, but something you want to join. A choice, not another burden.
Where you can arrive exactly as you are. Still becoming. Just like the rest of us.
I'm so happy you're here. Because it means my vision wasn't completely crazy after all.
♡ Jullia
